I have never actually met Elyce in person (only by phone, text, and email) as I live in Saskatoon. My brother, who lives in the Yorkton area, suggested that I contact Elyce when it came time to list dad’s house, in Yorkton, for sale.

I reached out to Elyce through her website and she responded the next day. My brother was able to show her the house a few days later and she sent us a recommended list price the following day.

Her recommended list price was about what we expected (less than we had hoped). I initially thought that I would have to make a trip to Yorkton to sign paperwork but that was all handled with my phone electronically.
